Can I cancel or change the dates?

Date changes are free up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. Cancellations more than 30 days out carry a 10% fee, 15 to 30 days 25%, 7 to 14 days 50%, and under 7 days are non-refundable. Peak season bookings (15 December to 10 January) are non-refundable.
