Air Conditioning:

• Standard Houseboats: A/C operates only in bedrooms from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Premium Houseboats: A/C operates in bedrooms anytime. A/C may be used in either the dining area or bedrooms, but not both simultaneously.
• Deluxe/Super Deluxe Houseboats (4-10 Bedrooms): A/C operates in bedrooms only. Conference hall A/C is not available. Premium bookings may allow A/C in either the bedrooms or the hall, but not both.
• A/C Cooldown: Houseboat A/C takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to reach full cooling capacity.
• A/C Breakdown: Refunds for A/C outages exceeding 4 hours may be available.

Cruising and Check-In/Out:

• Anchoring: Boat will be anchored from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM for overnight stays and 11:00 AM for day cruises. Check-out is by 8:00 AM.

Guest Conduct:

• Curfew: Guests must be in their bedrooms by 10:00 PM.

Early Arrival/Late Check-Out:

• Early arrival and late check-out are subject to availability and may require additional fees.

Additional Notes:

• Special dishes can be requested for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
